The Economic Times article concludes by finally stating that the recruitment of promising employees will not stop in the next year. Moreover, with the rising popularity and efficiency of the work from home or remote work model, the Corona and Omicron have no potential to hurt the IT sentiment and future prospects.

 The article also highlighted that the need for talented and hardworking employees is growing in areas and sectors such as digital, data, and IT.

Of the top Indian IT companies, the Top 10 Indian IT companies, including  Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL Technologies, and Mindtree are expected to pick up pace in hiring numbers with approximately 2 lakh employees by the end of this financial year, as per the company reports. 

It is also predicted that these top IT companies are expected to aggressively hire around 50 Lakh people by the end of March 2022 due to the existing and predicted attrition rate.
