Nearly half the people in the united states of America want the WWE Wrestler turned Hollywood actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to become President of the United States.
A company launched an online public poll in which half of the American adults vote in favor of Dwayne Johnson becoming the POTUS.
The 48-year-old wrestler turned actor is one of the highest-paid and most famous celebrities around the world.
Dwayne Johnson posted the poll results on his Instagram account. Commenting on the poll response, the Rock said, “If I had the chance to be President of the United States, I would consider it an honor to serve the people.” If Johnson, who has already earned a pull following as a wrestler and actor, is lucky, he will also get the presidency in the future.
Speaking on Today show, on Monday. Dwayne Johnson was asked about his presidential ambitions. He humbly commented that “I have that goal of uniting my country, and I think that if that’s what the people want, I’m willing to do it.”

Dwayne is not the first one to be on the list to run for president the terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger became the governor of California, Jesse Ventura another former wrestler was the Governor of Minnesota, Ronald Reagan one of the most popular President of the united states, and of course who can forget the guy who gives direction to Kevin when he got lost in New York, Donald J Trump. And recently rapper Kanye west took his turn to run for president.
Currently, more actors like Matthew McConaughey are rumored to consider running for Texas Governor, and former Olympic champion and reality star Caitlyn Jenner has been eyeing the California governor position.
For years Dwayne Johnson has been dropping hints and spoken of his career politically, we might not be shocked to see Dwayne in the next presidential election.
