Bollywood ‘Badshah Shahrukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan is spotted in court once again. A special NDPS court on Wednesday passed judgment on Aryan Khan’s bail petition. Aryan Khan was not granted bail in the case. The court denied Aryan bail. Aryan has been lodged in Arthur Road jail for the last 14 days according to reports. This is the third time that a Mumbai court has rejected Aryan’s bail.
According to sources, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan are worried about the current situation.
Special Public Prosecutor Advait Sethna told the junior court that the Narcotics Control Bureau would file replies on previous bail applications.

Majeed Memon, senior counsel in the Mumbai Sessions Court, hoped that Aryan would get bail today before the trial.
Police arrested Aryan and others in connection with the attack on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan has been lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai since October 8.

The court ignored the claim made by his lawyers that the drugs were not found on Aryan but with others on the cruise. NCB, on the other hand, provided the court with a conversation with a budding actress about drugs on Aryan’s WhatsApp.
The court also rejected the bail pleas of Aryan friends Arbaaz Merchant and Mun Mun Dhamecha. In this context, Aryan lawyers are likely to approach the Bombay High Court for bail.
Judge VV Patil said that the WhatsApp evidence proves Aryan was dealing with drugs and the substances that were found hidden in Arbaaz Merchant shoes was not unknown considering Aryan and Arbaaz’s long time friendship the court ruled that Aryan knew of it and was also guilty of consumption and hence would not be granted bail since he can indulge in such activities during his time out.
